Your coaches

Hi, I'm Abram, I'll be taking you through the course!

I've had the privilege of coaching hundreds of people worldwide in applying Design to make a difference.

I've worked with big and small governments and NGOs in the last six years to help them create change - from the Australian, Bhutanese and New Zealand Governments to Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

My work has focused on tackling problems like malnutrition, disaster management, and clean water and sanitation; and I've worked in 12 countries - including in Asia, Africa, and the United States.

I can't wait to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Charlie! I'll be talking to you about how to design your prototype to make sure you're learning the right things!

I am a Service Designer and innovation leader in Social Behaviour Change. I love finding the human story through insightful field research, great photography and engaging storytelling, and solving complex social problems using design.

Based in Australia, I've worked around the world using Human Centred Design methods to approach challenges that further public good, with a focus on health, energy and agriculture. I have a solid background in digital design and am an expert in co-design techniques, large-scale stakeholder engagement and facilitation of design and innovation programs.

I also have several years experience as an executive leader, managing teams of high-performing people in a fast-paced consulting environment. I lead large research and design teams on multi-million dollar projects and coach clients in how to use design techniques to solve problems in complex human systems.
